New Students must obtain a registration code by bringing proofs of residency to the school office.
Required documents include MS Immunization Form 121, 2 current proofs of residency (one required to be a State ID with current address), Birth Certificate, Withdrawal form or report card from previous school year.
Free & Reduced Meal Application for 2024-2025
A current form is required each year for benefits.
Additionally, paper forms will be available in each school office and cafeteria.
