Assistant Superintendents

As a lifelong resident of Pearl River County, Kimberly Alford has spent her entire educational career learning and serving in schools in Pearl River County.  Kimberly spent all of her K-12 education at Pearl River County School District and graduated with high honors from Pearl River Central High School in 2001. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of Southern Mississippi, Masters Degree in Secondary Education from William Carey University, and Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from William Carey University.  Kimberly taught for over five years at Picayune Junior High. She moved back home in 2011 when she accepted an administration position at Pearl River County School District as the Curriculum Director. Since then, she has served as Director of Instruction, High School Principal, Federal Program Director, and Assistant Superintendent.  In her role as Assistant Superintendent, Kimberly oversees federal programs, homeless services, English language learning programs, and  provides elementary curriculum and professional development support. She believes that all children deserve to learn in an inclusive environment full of challenging curriculum with multiple opportunities for success and with the support of high quality teachers. 

Dr. Stacy Baudoin serves as Assistant Superintendent of the Pearl River County School District.  Previously Dr. Baudoin served as high school principal for 9 years. She has worked in education for 23 years serving as a teacher, curriculum director, principal, and director of instruction.  Dr. Baudoin earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from the University of New Orleans, a specialist degree and doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from William Carey University. As assistant superintendent, Dr. Baudoin manages curriculum, professional development, MTSS, school improvement, dropout prevention, textbooks, and licensure. She lives in Carriere with her husband Ivy. She has three children: Karissa, Kyra, and Korilyn. She is also the proud grandmother of Liam Lucas, and Lyla. Dr. Baudoin is passionate about ensuring that all students in Pearl River County receive a quality education in order to be productive citizens in our community.
